Bulalo for beef soup

    If you haven’t tasted bulalo yet then you are missing a lot. It is boiled beef bones with the marrow. Cooking is as simple as boiling until tender and the flavoring is fish sauce or salt plus peppercorn. Cabbage and even carrots can be added. It is best eaten with steamed white rice and with fish sauce and red pepper for the dip.
